Spend a day in a Lemon Grove making fresh pasta using Amalfi’s celebrated lemons - try your hand filling ravioli laced with a sauce made from the delicate - cherry tomatoes which grow on the terraced cliffs - then we’ll enjoy a full lunch, prepared by you and accompanied with local wines.
For our second day, experience the time honored craft of making fresh mozzarella - the queen of the Amalfi Coast!

This program is designed for anyone wishing to paint the land- and seascape of Amalfi. All level welcome.
For those who need instruction, our emphasis is on drawing skills, emphasize the concepts of the painting’s design as well as its overall composition, color theory, color mixing, the values which are the light and dark areas of the painting, and the all-important shadow edges.

Build your skills during these intensive Portrait Workshops with a live model. Beginners to advanced Artists are encouraged to take the next steps toward their goals. Sam will start each day with a demonstration. Artists are encouraged to ask questions or comment during the demo. After lunch, each artist will have a location to paint the portrait with a live model as the subject. These workshops are a terrific opportunity to connect to other Artists creating new friendships.
